CEO Message: COVID-19 and Business Continuity at PHMR
To our valued clients,

In light of the evolving status of the COVID-19 outbreak and on behalf of my entire team, I would like to let you know that PHMR are fully committed and ready to continue delivering our services during these turbulent times. Our robust business continuity plan ensures that we are actively monitoring the status of the disease and assessing daily how PHMR can best serve the well-being and business needs of our clients and staff.

We will continue to heed the advice of the government and WHO and have already implemented recommended office cleans, provision of additional office hygiene facilities, reduction of in-person meetings and non-business critical travel and whilst there are no enforced office closures, all staff are at liberty to work from home if they choose or if they may have come into contact with the infection. Staff are registering daily with their colleagues so everyone is appraised of location and health status as appropriate, thus allowing collaboration to continue.

Having originated as a successful virtual company, PHMR has a strong heritage in remote working and has tried and tested infrastructure in place to support this. Cloud based resources allow our staff to work from anywhere; Skype, Webex, email and mobile phones allow our staff to easily connect with colleagues and clients alike; virtual project management is in place with daily remote leadership meetings to keep all business collaborative and on track regardless of location; and our SOPs ensure that a minimum of three staff have full view of project status at any time thus reducing the impact of absence. We are fully prepared to flexibly work with you, supporting you remotely if necessary, to ensure business continues seamlessly and safely whilst maintaining the highest scientific quality and the impressive timelines you’ve come to expect.
